Deborah Nichols Rader
President

Deborah Rader - President of The Rader Company - Commercial Property Management Southern CaliforniaIntuitive. In-tune. Leader. In 2002, after successfully representing real estate owners in the management of their assets for more than 25 years, Deborah Nichols Rader founded The Rader Company, assembling a carefully selected mix of premier management professionals.

Prior to that time she amassed an impressive record of sterling achievement in the world of commercial real estate management. Vice President of William D. Feldman Associates from 1981 until 1989, she then joined Pacifica Holding Company to head the organization’s property management division -- Pacifica Capital Group -- in Los Angeles, where she personally managed all third party accounts (a total of approximately 1,000,000 square feet in prime real estate). At present, she is the co-managing member of ten Limited Liability Companies with real estate holdings totaling approximately 550,000 sq. ft.

A member of the Board of Governors of Otis College of Art and Design, Deborah also serves on the Board of Directors of the Costume Council for the Los Angeles County Museum of Art and is an Ambassador for the Center Theater Group.

Today, due in large measure to Deborah’s pure professionalism, her commitment to excellence and her able leadership, The Rader Company enjoys a reputation as one of the Southland’s preeminent Commercial Real Estate Management organizations.

Jim Cruz - Director of Business Development of The Rader Company - Commercial Property Management Southern CaliforniaChallenge-ready. Frontline-tested. Expert. With more than fifteen years experience in all aspects of real estate and facilities management in industrial, commercial, office, school, church, self storage and residential properties, Jim is the renaissance man of commercial real estate.

He began his association with Deborah Nichols Rader as assets manager at Pacifica Capital, where he played a vital role in the development of Pacifica policies and procedures – in addition to managing approximately 700,000 square feet of its industrial and office properties.

Jim has authored a widely adopted receivership and property management manual, developed and facilitated training programs for fair housing and marketing, and he has proven himself a master at understanding of owner objectives and what it takes to achieve them.

Most importantly, the man likes what he does…and, according to Jim, he “manages every property like it belongs to his mother.” Always involved, on task and in-touch with the needs of his clients and associates, Jim has proven instrumental in taking The Rader Company to its current position in the upper eschelons of industry success.

Suzy Hill - Senior Property Manager of The Rader Company - Commercial Property Management Southern California Dedicated. Dependable. Standard Bearer. A veteran of more than years experience in real estate management of office, industrial and retail properties, Suzy began her career as an assistant property manager for a “Class A” high rise office building. Attentive to the most salient details of every property she oversees, she has since set the company bar for maintaining the highest day-to-day operations and asset maintenance standards.

As a property manager for Pacifica Capital Group, she managed approximately 750,000 square feet of commercial office, industrial and retail space. Victoria Reynolds - Property Manager of The Rader Company - Commercial Property Management Southern California Versatile. Disciplined. Achiever. Joining The Rader Company in April of 2007, Victoria brought with her 13 years of in-the-trenches experience in facilities management – a storied background in a multitude of disciplines, e.g. property management, security operations, fire/life/safety, ergonomics, monthly/annual budgeting, fiscal reporting, et.al. She currently manages a full slate of multi- and single-tenant office and industrial buildings and is completing work towards her California Real Estate License.

A graduate of San Diego State University, Lora started out as Human Resource Director with Leonard & Ohren, a commercial/industrial brokerage company. In her 20 year tenure there, Lora distinguished herself as a force to be reckoned with – a self-empowered master of operations implementation, a knowledgeable team player and a vital member of management.

In 2002, she brought her success-drive, active community involvement and premier work ethic to The Rader Company. Key to our company startup, she continues to be a valued resource and integral part of the Rader management team…not to mention a licensed California Realtor, Notary Public, and proud member of the American Business Women’s Association.
